I am a final-year Business Management student at the University of Salford, dedicated to building a career in financial investment and asset management. I have a profound interest in real estate funds and buy-side securities. To establish myself as an expert in the Korean market and the broader Northeast Asian market, I am currently preparing for the AFPK, CFA, and Certified Investment Manager (KOFIA).
Although my previous academic and professional background has been focused on Marketing and CRM, these experiences have allowed me to cultivate essential soft skills such as sales, teamwork, and complex problem-solving. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to develop and pitch several business models, for which I received recognition and awards for business viability from various institutions and universities.
However, I realised that there is a significant gap between proposing an idea and executing a professional-scale operation. This insight has driven me to seek a more data-driven career path in investment management, where I can apply rigorous analysis to real-world execution.
